Lot & Builder Selection
I evaluate available lots, review builder reputations, and negotiate contracts and incentives, including upgrades that builders rarely offer without agent representation.
Construction Monitoring
I attend key milestone walkthroughs, flag quality concerns early, and keep the builder accountable to timelines and specifications.
Final Walkthrough & Closing
Before you close, I conduct a detailed walkthrough to document any punch-list items and ensure everything meets the agreed-upon standards.
