Who I am

How I work

After building nearly 70 homes in Austin's most sought-after neighborhoods, I am proud to be able to provide my clients with access to a powerful network and specialized knowledge in development that gives them a competitive edge in Austin's dynamic real estate market. Whether you're looking for a new construction home, an investment opportunity, or a personal residence, I can help you navigate the process with strategic, hands-on assistance and exclusive access to off-market properties where approximately 25% of Austin deals occur.

Why Austin

My Austin, Honestly

I have built close to 70 homes around Austin, so I know it street by street. My ideal day starts with migas from Veracruz, runs the greenbelt, and ends watching the skyline from a rooftop with my family.

The block I would live on is Clarksville: epic downtown views that somehow still feel private enough for kids to play in the street.

The Shortlist

Here’s where that actually happens. The spots I send people to, the corners I love, and the neighborhoods I know block by block.

Where I eat

Veracruz Natural

Two sisters from Veracruz turned one food truck into Austin's gold standard for breakfast tacos. I'm here for the migas: scrambled eggs, fresh pico, and homemade tortilla chips that somehow stay crunchy to the last bite.

La Wagyeria

A wagyu experience tucked into South Austin, where you meet the butcher, pick your own cut, and bring your own bottle. It started as a pop-up and earned its permanent home; the croquetas alone are worth the trip.

Little Deli

A Crestview corner institution doing Northeastern right: hand-tossed New York style pizza and sandwiches piled high on fresh-baked bread. Order at the counter, grab a seat, keep it as low-key as the neighborhood around it.
